A month on Saturday nights? He dont have Good Time Charlies anymore, and from what I have been hearing he aint gonna have a place to announce in June.

Time will not let me do the weekly shows anymore, and once again I thank Lennie & Ronnie for 2006 & letting me go out my way.


I will honor some dates at LOWES, and some special events around the country.

I plan on targeting several races under several different sanctions in this region and using the marketing company to accquire a title sponsor for the event and help the promoters get first place money in order to maintain the already low ticket prices for these special events.

I will also be at some National special events also like the Prelude & DTWC



I plan on being at the Kentucly Derby & Indy 500 in May as these are two major events I haven`t been top in 22 years of doing weekend work.

I have seen a heavyweight Championship fight and been to the World Series & Final Four.

Going to watch some real horsepower now!

Maybe some live music along the way too !

If Clarence Carter isn`t stroking too long Sat night at Dinos...I may watch March Madness from the top of a big purple rig.


Hope everybody gets out and supports this 50th year at Cherokee as Ronnie

& Lennie have worked real hard over the winter and success in 2007

will be critical.

Somerset Kentucky where we outdrew Charlie Daniels Band &

Montgomery Gentry.

Announcer for Gaston County Shrine Club ‘Shrine 100’ 18 out of the 35 years of the event.

Have also done Lancaster, Laurens and Chester Counties many times when available.

Helped book & hosted the 2007 FASTRAK Nationals at Green Valley Alabama, Maryville Tenn. and Bulls Gap Tenn.

Helped conceive and then hosted the 1st Race of Legends at Toccoa Ga. Speedway & can be seen interviewing Bud Lunsford & other drivers in the Feb 2008 edition of Dirt Late Model Magazine

Hosted Carolina Clash banquet Jan 12th at Speedway Club at LOWES Motor Speedway

Hosted ‘Legends Helping Legends’ fundraiser for NASCAR veteran Sam Ard in Mooresville NC Jan 19th at Memory Lane Museum.

Made a scathing but true statement at the end of the event and wrote an

article about NASCAR`S lack of pensions or healthcare for its early pioneers

that got ESPN 'outside The Lines' producers interested & was re-printed in

several publications including Jayski, resulting in auctions, donations and even

Was Managing Director Cleveland County Speedway Lawndale NC dirt track in early 2008

Resigned at Cleveland County Speedway after turning a profit 3 weeks in a row for the first time in four years with NO budget.
(track had no insurance and other no-pay issues)


Promoted PERCY SLEDGE in concert at Eaglenest Theatre in Maggie Valley NC May 23 & 24th. Broyhill Baptist Childrens Homes were allowed to raise money at the concert.

Worked the Ray Cook ‘Southern Nationals’ Series at Wythe Va., Cherokee Speedway , Screven Ga., & Hartwell Ga.

Returned to Screven Ga. and worked the World of Outlaws with Rick Eshelman.

Attended the Hall of Fame event at Cherokee for Wayne Allen, Buck Simmons and CL Pritchett at Cherokee

Worked the Chester County SC Speedway Shrine event.

Met ‘Miss Hurst Golden Shifter’ Linda Vaughn at Z-Max Dragway in Concord

Worked the Ga. State Championships for Southeast Late Models, FASTRAK , and Southern Late Model Series at Lavonia Ga.

Hosted the '72 hours of Hell' 34th Annual National 100 at Phenix City Alabama & East Alabama Speedway
($34,000 to win Crown Jewel Event...Jimmy Mars, winner)

Hosted the Toccoa Ga. ‘Legends Reunion II’ Nov 28-29

Currently negotiating 2009 2010 concert dates with Percy Sledge, Delbert McClinton, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Mothers Finest, Lucinda Wiliams, along with marketing cars & speedways on the internet and doing sponsorship searches and consulting along with marketing the Arena Racing USA franchise program.

Finished Sunday March 22nd at Travelers Rest Speedway for an SAS E $5,000 win event and then will be hosting Southeast touring events with FASTRAK Champions Series plus doing the netcast of those events and major events through The Net Cast Network, & DMG Marketing.
